Cecil David Ballard

Cecil David Ballard, 51, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away at 2:01 P.M. on Monday, December 3, 2018 at his home due to cardiovascular disease.

David was born in Frenchburg, Kentucky on August 26, 1967, a son of the late Cecil Herbert Ballard and Tressie Ethel Coldiron Ballard.

He was married to Felicia Warner Ballard on January 5, 1986 in Owingsville Kentucky.

David went to cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell and returned to be an Instructor at Paul Mitchell.  He was also the owner of David's Salon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Ethel Ballard.

Survivors include a sister, Cathy Ballard Moore, brother-in-law, Greg Moore, nephew, Devon Moore, two nieces, Ashley Moore Eppolito and Heather Haney Willard, his wife, Felicia Warner Ballard and two "grand" nephews, Joseph and Carter Eppolito.

Memorial services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Saturday, December 15, 2018 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Rev. Roy Stacy officiating.

Burial will be in the McClain Cemetery at Olympia.

Visitation is after 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
