David Puckett

David "Dale" Puckett, 70, of Olympia, Kentucky passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

He was born on April 4, 1951 in Middletown, Ohio to the late David Puckett and Maddie Lou Chambers Puckett.

Dale was a veteran of the United States Marines.  He worked as a mechanic and enjoyed fishing, hunting, hiking and working on antique cars.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Sharon Gail Gray.

Survivors include his daughter, Mattalynn Rae Susan Puckett of Frenchburg, Kentucky, one niece, Sheila Marie Gray Conley, one nephew, Michael Shane Gray and his special friend, David Coffey of Olympia.

A memorial service will announced at a later date.
