Dustin Ray Price

Dustin Ray Price, 38, of Owingsville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at his residence.

He was born August 17, 1984 to Marie Price of Owingsville, Kentucky.

Dustin had recently returned to Owingsville after gaining his peer support specialist certification to work in addiction recovery to help those who struggle with the demon of drug addiction. 

Dustin graduated from Bath County High School and attended Morehead State University. He enjoyed online gaming, spending time with his family and friends, and was an avid internet researcher on things that interested him. 

He will be remembered as a loyal friend and one who was willing to help anyone in unfortunate circumstances. His family and friends will cherish their fond memories of him.

He was preceded in death by cousins, Elizabeth Price and Matthew Crouch.

Survivors include his mother, Marie; his grandparents, Virgaleen and James Johnson; uncle, Buck Price (Kim); aunt, Nancy Price Crouch; one brother, Cameron Swartz (Amy);  cousins, Bryson Price, Hayden Price (Lauren), Olivia Crouch and Sarah Price, all of Owingsville. 

Private family funeral services will be conducted with Dr. Sean Bailey officiating.

Public visitaiton will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Monday, February 20, 2023 at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville.

Family and friends will serve as casket bearers.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Client Fund at Genesis Recovery in Grayson, Kentucky.
