Ewell Thomas "Tucker" Wightman, Jr., 49 of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky passed away Saturday evening, October 10, 2020 at the St. Joseph - Mt. Sterling Hospital. He was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky on January 7, 1971 to Aline Ballard Carpenter of Mt. Sterling and the late Tommy Wightman.
Tucker was a retired truckdriver and was a member of the Southern Brothers Motorcycle Club. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidsons. He enjoyed all types of music and enjoyed singing and collecting knives.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife Shonda Lynn Jamison Wightman, four children, Jaci Wightman, Casey Norris (Justin), Cody Willoughby (Megan) and Austin Wightman (Kylie Willis). Three grandchildren, J.J. Norris, Hannah Norris and Ally Willoughby. One brother, Casey Carpenter and one sister, Becky Jones (Matt). One nephew, Dakota Bryant and one Niece, Kiera Carpenter. Also, many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Wednesday in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Rev. Ron Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in the Owingsville Cemetery.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville is after 6:00 P.M. Tuesday.
Serving as pall bearers will be Austin Wightman, Cody Willoughby, Dalton Spurlock, Dallas Whisman, Jeremiah Brown, Dakota Bryant, Bobby Davis and Josh Wells.
The family requests contributions payable to the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville to assist with the funeral expenses.
