Jesse Carmichael, 41, of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022, after injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

He was born in Morehead, Kentucky on October 11, 1980. The son of the late Keith Carmichael and Connie Rae Watkins.

Jesse was known as the "jack of all trades".  He was a self-employed carpenter and painter who took much pride in his work.  When he wasn't busy working, he enjoyed singing and playing music, fishing, bee keeping hunting, playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.  Jesse would often go out of his way to help others, no matter what the need may be he would be there.  He was loved by everyone and will be dearly missed.

Survivors include his companion, Montana Thompson and her children, Jordan Allen Jones and Stella Mae Jones, his step - mother, Sue Carmichael of Owingsville, two sisters, Amanda Lykins (Ray) of Tollesboro, Kentucky, Heather Wilson (Les) of Danville, Kentucky and stepsister Lorri Raleigh (Chris) of Owingsville, one stepbrother, Michael Staton of Owingsville, step - grandmother, Fern Vanlandingham of Owingsville, special aunt, Sylvia Lamb of Mt. Sterling.  Survivors also include his nieces and nephews, Samantha McCann (Casey), Zakkary Romans (Megann), Bryant Kemplin, MaKayla Kemplin, MaKenzie Kemplin, Macy Sparks, Raylee Patton, Jordan Smith, Gracie McCann, Serenity Huxtuble, Harmony Romans, Odessah Raleigh, Jayce Staton and his special friend, Twanna Hatton and several special aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, September 23, 2022 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville.

Burial will follow at the Machpelah Cemetery in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville will be from 6:00 - 9:00 PM Thursday.

Pallbearers will be, Jason Carmichael, Jeff Carmichael, Derek Griggs, Casey Davis, Bryant Kemplin, Zakkary Romans, Jayce Staton and Jonathon Thompson.

The Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville is caring for all the arrangements for Jesse Carmichael.
