Joseph Fugett

Mr. Joseph Harold Fugett, 66, of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday afternoon surrounded by his family.

He was born in Ashland, Kentucky on November 01, 1953 to the late James and Wanda Enyart Fugett.

Joseph worked many years as a rail car mechanic at Mosaic Phosphate Mining company.  When he wasn't working or spending time with his family, you could find him building RC planes or possibly even a canoe. He also enjoyed many types of Art.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Marsha Fugett.

Survivors include his daughter, Kimberly Preston of Owingsville, four sisters, Joann Fugett of Ashland, Mary Ann Poe White (Micky) of Morehead, Melissa Lichtenberg (Gordon) of Bakersfield, California and Anna Lawson (Tony) of Owingsville, two brothers, Grandville Fugett (Barbara Sue) of Louisa and Henry Fugett (Cindy) of Ashland, special friend, Dianna Walker of Owingsville, four grandchildren, Shelana Reynolds, Kaylee Preston, Sierra Matthews and Brittney Bartram, three great grandchildren, Gracelynn, Madalyn and Huntlyn. Survivors also include a host of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of life for Joseph will be held at a later date.

The Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville is caring for all the arrangements for Mr. Joseph Fugett.
