Nancy Thomas

Ms. Nancy Thomas, 71, of Bethel, Kentucky went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 after an extended illness.

Nancy was born on September 15, 1947 to Dorothy May Shields and the late Carl Shields.  She retired from Summit Polymers and was a member of the Victory Chapel Church.  She loved her church family so very much.  Aside from church her favorite activity was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Besides her father she is proceeded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Survivors include her mother Dorothy Shields, one daughter, Donna House, one son Brian (Loria) Thomas, eight grandchildren Ashley Moore, Kayleigh Richmond, Brittany House, Brian Thomas II, Colby (Shannah) Richmond, Jessica Thomas, Cody House and Dustin Thomas, eight great-grandchildren, three brothers, Andrew Shields (Sue), Wayne Shields (Patty), Billy Shields (Carleen), and one sister Peggy Shields,  several nieces and nephews and a very special friends Roy McCarty.

Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Monday, August 19, 2019 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Rev. Kevin Miles officiating.

Burial will follow in the Longview Cemetery at Bethel.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville is from 5 - 9 P.M. Sunday August 18, 2019.

Pallbearers will include Ashley Moore, Brian Thomas II, Cody House, Jessica Thomas, Dustin Thomas, Kayleigh Richmond and Colby Richmond.
