Thomas Scott Warren

Thomas "Tom" Scott Warren, 62, of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at his home.

He was born on May 9, 1962, in Marion, Indiana. The son of Thomas "Sonny" Warren and the late Mary Lou Wright Warren. 

Throughout his lifetime, Tom developed several hobbies and interests that enriched his life. He had a deep passion for games and spent countless hours engrossed in them, Tom always immersed himself fully in the experience. His beloved dog Tator was also an integral part of his life—his loyal companion who brought him immeasurable joy. Tom also enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. These card games were filled with friendly competition and boisterous laughter. His charismatic personality shone through during these moments as he created many cherished memories shared with those closest to him.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Brenda Williams Warren, his loving mother, Mary Lou (Wright) Warren, and his adoring sister, Stephanie (Warren) Sandy who passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024. 

Tom leaves behind his father, Thomas 'Sonny' Warren of Owingsville, his daughter, Kandis Butcher of Owingsville, and his granddaughter, Kayla Lynn Baker, who will all miss him dearly. 

A memorial service for Tom will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 13, 2024, in the Family Life Center at the Owingsville First Church of God with Rev. Lowell Rice officiating.
