Vernon Barber

Vernon was a Bath County native. He was a retired Emergency Management Director.

Vernon is survived by his wife, Billie Joyce Barber of Owingsville; one son, Robin (Rhesa) Barber of Mt. Sterling; one grandson, Landon Barber of Mt. Sterling; and one granddaughter, Kaitlyn Barber of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Vernon was preceded in death by his parents, Jennings Barber and Ethel Hart.
