Ms. Wanda Ingram Ginter, 69 passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017 at Fall Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center Humble, Texas after an illness of several months. She was born in Bath County on April 29, 1947 to the late Sam and Opal Blevins Ingram.
Wanda was the church pianist at Preston First Church of God for many years and later became a member of Heritage Christian Church in Mt. Sterling. She was a former employee of Donetech Manufacturing in Owingsville and Berryman's Tasty Treat in Mt. Sterling. Wanda enjoyed spending time with friends and family and traveling.
Survivors include three children, Bradley Zane Spratt, of Humble, Texas, Kristi Spratt Carter, (David) of Mt. Sterling and step-daughter, Karen Spratt Skillern (Keith) of Mt. Sterling, four grandchildren, Lauren Nixon Rusher (Nathan), Tayler Nixon (Courtney), Emilie Carter and Zane Carter all of Mt. Sterling, one brother, Verl Ingram (Phyllis) of Mt. Sterling and one sister, Deborah Ingram Prekopa (Joe) of Lexington, along with several nieces and nephew.
Four special cousins, Shelia Dubose and Stefanie Dubose of Texas, Joan White and Shirley Belcher Lewis of Mt. Sterling.
Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, January 7th at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Pastor Chris Shaw officiating.
Burial will follow in the Kendall Springs Cemetery in Owingsville, Ky.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville is Friday, January 6th from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Phillip Ingram, Keith Skillern, Zane Carter, David Carter, Shannon White and Denny Shelley.
