Mrs. Wilma Imogene Vice, 94, of Wyoming Road, Owingsville, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at her home.
She was born on September 18, 1922 in Bath County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late William Taylor Young and Norma Hendrix Young.
Mrs. Vice was a homemaker and a member of the East Fork Church of God.
She enjoyed raising a garden and working on the farm.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Vice, who passed away on March 10, 1993, ten brothers and sisters, one grandson, John Vice and a daughter-in-law, Helen Vice.
Survivors include her three children, Billy James Vice (Beverly) of Lexington, Donna Vanlandingham of Owingsville and Lonnie Vice (Dottie) of Owingsville, five grandchildren, Jamey Vice (Lajohnda), Rebecca Vice, Brittany Vanlandingham (Justin Oldfield), Tiffany Vanlandingham (Todd Staton) and Lonnie Vice II (Tracy), six great-grandchildren, Alexander Vice, Brendon Jackson, Skylar Copher, Bentley Oldfield, Carson Vice and Emmalyn Vice, one great-great-granddaughter, Eleanor Carroll, a sister-in-law, Nadine Young of Owingsville, special nephew, Elgin Bailey, Jr. and his family and special friends, Malinda Andrew, Cathy Clark, Candy Hatton, Sissy Moore, Cheryl Donahue and Dottie Goodpaster.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 10, 2017 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Rev. Billy Harmon and Rev. Lowell Rice officiating.
Burial will follow in the Longview Cemetery at Bethel.
Pallbearers will be Lonnie Vice II, Jamey Vice, Alexander Vice, Brendon Jackson, Elgin Bailey, Jr., Jason Bailey, Jeremy Bailey, Justin Oldfield, Todd Staton, Ewell Bennett and Danny Vice.
Visitation is after 4:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
