Woodrow "Woody" Frazier

Woodrow “Woody” Allen Frazier, 46, of Eddyville, Kentucky formerly of Bath County, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2016 in Lourdes Hospice in Paducah.
He was born on March 31, 1970 in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, a son of Ronnie and Diana Swartz Frazier.
Woody had been a construction worker.
He was preceded in death by his only brother, Brian Keith Frazier, his maternal grandfather, Ben Swartz, his step-grandfather, Melvin Sons and his paternal grandparents, Woodrow and Hazel Frazier.
Survivors include his wife, Amy Elam Frazier, three sons, Allen Keith, Tyler Ray and Dylan Chase, two daughters, Dixie Leeanne and Sarah-Lee Paige, one grandson, Christopher, his parents, Ronnie and Diana Frazier, his maternal grandmother, Inella Sons, one nephew, Brandon (Kari) Frazier, great-niece, Haylee Jo, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bob and Fran Elam, brother-in-law, Carl (Susan) Elam and several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services and burial will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the Little Slate Cemetery with Pastor Les Ingram officiating.
There is no visitation.
